Fox & Cherry – A sweet deal

This year we had animals visiting our garden again! Our little red friends, the foxes, felt really at home with us. They were particularly impressed by our sweet cherries.

We secretly observed the little robbers with our game camera as they feasted on the ripe fruit at night. As a little reward for their nightly visits, we always left a few particularly ripe cherries on the ground.

Anton was really excited and even fell off the ladder to get the most delicious cherry. Luckily, nothing serious happened, and he was able to get back to work soon.

We then made our annual fox jam from the most beautiful cherries. It tastes simply delicious and always reminds us of the funny moments with our furry friends.

It’s just nice to see how wild animals and people can get along so well. For us, our garden is not only a place to relax, but also a little paradise for many animals.
